Ingredients

1½ cups dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond meal or raw almonds
½ cup peanut butter

Instructions

1Mix all crumble ingredients together in a food processor or blender until combined.

Nice Cream

Ingredients

4 frozen bananas
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa powder (or less to taste)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or plant milk of choice

Instructions

1Blend all nice cream ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Assembly

Instructions

1Scoop a layer of nice cream into the bottom of a cup or glass.
2Sprinkle chunks of crumbles over the nice cream.
3Add another layer of nice cream.
4Top with more crumbles and enjoy immediately.
