Ingredients
- 15 oz canned low or no salt chickpeas (reserve aquafaba)
- 2 cloves garlic or to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons low sodium tamari
- 2 tablespoons tahini, optional
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- 2 squirts hot sauce
- ¼-½ cup aquafaba, the reserved chickpea liquid
Instructions
- 1In a food processor or high speed blender, place garlic, lemon juice, tamari, tahini (if using), cumin and ¼ cup more of aquafaba until the hummus is a desired consistency.
